Return/Exchange Policy

Here at Ikumi Cosplay we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We will do our best to assist with any order issues that may arise. Most common issue we encounter is sizing, so we strongly encourage you to please view our 'Size Guide/How to Measure' section or contact us if you are unsure about measurements prior to placing your order

✓ We Accept Returns For: 

Wrong size, missing item components, damage (new items) or wrong item

 

Wrong size = We have sent you an item that is a different size to what you purchased (this is different to incorrect size choice by buyer)

Missing item components = You received your order and it is missing components to what was advertised

Damage = Your order has arrived damaged (Please note this does not apply to our 'Preowned' section)

Wrong item = You received a different item to your order

We will offer a full refund for the above reasons. Please follow our refund/exchange procedure below

Procedure:

1. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

2. We will require the buyer to provide name, invoice number, SKU of items in order affected.

3. We will respond within 1-2 business days and provide return address details

4. You will be required to pack and send the order back to us via a registered postage method that contains a valid tracking ID

5. Once we have received item in same condition as received by the buyer we will begin processing the refund or exchange

6. If you have opted to exchange your item we will send out the exchange order within 1-2 business days

✕ We Won't Accept Returns For:

Change of mind, incorrect size choice, incorrect delivery address

​

Change of mind = You have placed an order, changed your mind and no longer want the order

Incorrect size = You have chosen a size that is not suitable for your needs

Incorrect delivery address = You have provided the wrong address or have made a mistake in the address details

We do not normally offer a full refund for the above reasons as it is the buyers responsibility to carefully select and provide correct details with an order.  However please feel free to contact us and we may be able to assist depending on your particular circumstance. In some cases you may be offered a partial refund

1. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

2. We will require the buyer to provide name, invoice number, SKU of items in order affected and clear images of the problem (if applicable)

3. We will respond within 1-2 business days and provide further information depending on particular circumstance
