Do you ship internationally?

Can I return my item?

We will accept returns under certain circumstances outlined below:

  • There is an error in the product description that does not match your product that you have received

  • Your item has arrived damaged.

    • With regards to damage on preowned items, a preowned item is only eligible for return if item condition falls OUTSIDE of the general condition grade reflected in our "Preowned Condition Chart"

We will NOT accept returns under the following reasons:

  • Damage on preowned items where the condition falls into alignment of the respective grade letter outlined in our "Preowned Condition Chart" [we operate under a system commonly used in Japan for condition grading of used items, To find out more about this grading system please click 'HERE']

  • Change of mind

  • Sizing issues, please be sure of your measurements and use your best judgement prior to purchasing. If you are unsure about sizing and measurements visit our 'Size Guide/How to Measure' or 'Contact Us' for assistance

  • Please see our 'Returns Policy'  for further information

Can I cancel my order?

Under this circumstance please message us within 8 hours of placing your order. Beyond this timeframe we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel the order

When will I receive my order?

Our stock is ready on hand for dispatch immediately after an order is made, this ensures the quickest delivery time however exact timeframes are mostly dependent of on where you are located. Please refer to our shipping guidelines outlined 'HERE'

I have an event to attend soon, will my order arrive in time?

We do our absolute best to ensure our products are delivered within the shortest timeframe possible. With that being said if you require your order to be urgently delivered in time for an event please 'Contact Us' prior to purchasing and we will assist you with your order

Will I have to pay tax or customs fees on my order?

In some circumstances depending on where you live, you will be required to pay import fees or import taxes on your items. We do NOT pay for these on your behalf. It is your responsibility as the buyer to research your country's laws regarding fees and taxes
